How to Return or Exchange Your Floof n Fluff Bed:

If you’ve received your Floof n Fluff Bed but haven’t opened the vacuum seal, you can return it or exchange it for a different size.

To qualify:

• The bed must be unopened and still in its original vacuum seal.
• You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Why the Floof n Fluff Bed?

Our founder created the Floof n Fluff Bed after spending over $2,000 in just two years on so-called “premium orthopaedic dog beds” that never lived up to the hype.

The foam would flatten, zippers broke, covers ripped, and some beds couldn’t even be washed. Others were impossible to clean, ugly, poorly designed or fell apart way too soon. Sound familiar?

After reading countless reviews from dog parents all over the world, she realised she wasn’t alone. Everyone was having the same frustrations. So, she decided to create a bed that actually solved those problems and was built to last a lifetime.

Your Floof n Fluff Bed may take up to 48 hours to fully expand after being unboxed. But don’t worry, your pup can start snoozing on it right away!

1. Simply unzip the cover from the base & remove foam mattress.
2. Fold the black anti-slip base material inside out to reveal the inner lining.
3. Find the inner bolster zip and gently unzip to remove inner foam bolsters.
4. Find & close the base zip to protect the integrity of the bed while washing.
5. Gentle machine wash separately.
6. Cold/warm (low temp) wash + mild detergent.
7. Turn the cover inside out and allow the cover to air dry.
8. Do not tumble dry, dry clean or bleach.
