Our Story
Li didn't set out to start a dog bed company. She set out to find a bed worthy of her dog.
After spending over $2,000 in two years on so-called "premium orthopaedic beds" that flattened, fell apart, or couldn't even be washed - she was done. Not just frustrated. Done.
So she did what any devoted dog parent would do: she built one herself.
What surprised her most wasn't the bad foam or the broken zippers. It was realising, after reading thousands of reviews from dog parents around the world, that everyone was dealing with the exact same thing. The pet industry had been selling "premium" for years and delivering disappointment.

How to Return or Exchange Your Floof n Fluff Bed:
If you’ve received your Floof n Fluff Bed but haven’t opened the vacuum seal, you can return it or exchange it for a different size.
To qualify:
- The bed must be unopened and still in its original vacuum seal.
- You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To start your return, email us at hello@floofnfluff.com and we’ll send you the next steps.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Our founder created the Floof n Fluff Bed after spending over $2,000 in just two years on so-called “premium orthopaedic dog beds” that never lived up to the hype.
The foam would flatten, zippers broke, covers ripped, and some beds couldn’t even be washed. Others were impossible to clean, ugly, poorly designed or fell apart way too soon. Sound familiar?
After reading countless reviews from dog parents all over the world, she realised she wasn’t alone. Everyone was having the same frustrations. So, she decided to create a bed that actually solved those problems and was built to last a lifetime.

Your Floof n Fluff Bed may take up to 48 hours to fully expand after being unboxed. But don’t worry, your pup can start snoozing on it right away!

It's simple. Unzip the outer cover, remove foam inserts & toss it in the machine on a gentle cold cycle, and hang to dry. Best practise - turn the cover inside out & dry in the shade.
The waterproof inner liner wipes clean with a warm cloth (if needed).
The foam never needs washing and because of the protection of the waterproof liner, it stays fresh and dry even with the messiest dogs.Full washing instructions are included with every order.
Do not tumble dry, dry clean or bleach.
