At Floof n Fluff Ltd., we’re dedicated to getting your dog’s new bed to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders and deliveries within New Zealand — with international shipping coming soon!
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a temporary stock delay, we’ll contact you directly via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
New Zealand (Nationwide Shipping)
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 2–3 business days
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Australian Shipping
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
- Delivery: Please allow up to 5-10 business days
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time and every order includes tracking.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door (or your dog’s favourite nap spot 🐶).
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, courier delays can occasionally occur - especially during busy periods or due to weather disruptions.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@floofnfluff.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

Floof n Fluff Ltd. cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Floof n Fluff beds are now available across New Zealand and Australia 🐾
All orders are shipped from New Zealand, and we’ve introduced supported shipping rates to help our Aussie pups enjoy better sleep too.
